1. RETAIL ACCOUNTS ARE VERY EASY TO CREATE
All you have to do is click on the "CREATE ACCOUNT" link from the "MY ACCOUNT" page.
2. Next, you will need to fill out all of the required information fields accompanied with an " * " asterisk.
3. Once the form is completed, simply click on the "Continue" link at the bottom of the page.
4. Another page will appear that will read "TEXT ACCOUNT CREATED". From there, simply go back to the"MY ACCOUNT" link on the home page and log in to your new account.
5. PASSWORDS: all passwords to our store are "encrypted" which means they cannot be seen, not even by us. Therefore, they will appear as a series of black dots.
Please keep your password in a safe location. However, if you should happen to lose, or forget your password, generating another is an easy step.


2. Type in your password in the top field, then type in the new password in the "NEW PASSWORD" field. Again, type in the new password in the "CONFIRM PASSWORD" field. (Note that you cannot copy and paste your new password in order to save time. You must type it in.)


4. This means that a new password has been sent to your email address. The new password will contain upper and lower case letters and must be entered in just as they appear in your email message. An example password may look like this: JwsEE.
Again, you can always change this to a password that is more convenient for you.
HAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING IN TO YOUR STORE ACCOUNT?
1. If your account was recently added into our system, it might take awhile before it is processed completely for logging in. If you continue to have problems, call our customer service center at 1-800-221-9727 for assistance.
2. Often, account passwords can contain letters and numbers, or upper and lower case letters. These will have to be entered in exactly as they appear. The upper and lower case password protocols have been implemented as a security benefit for your account.
3. Email accounts can reach peak internet traffic activity and can appear to be very slow in receiving messages from outside services such as the online store. If you think you are having an email problem simply send a message to your email administrator. As an example, the address for that will be: postmaster@mail.com. The address will always be "postmaster" and the extension will be your email service such as "@aol.com", "@gmail.com", "@live.com", etc.
4.. If you are still having problems, it might be that the CAPS LOCK on your keyboard is on. If you don't know where this is located, it is on the left hand side of your keyboard just under the TAB key.
"I'VE TRIED EVERY PASSWORD, BUT I STILL CAN'T LOG IN"
Chances are that you may have signed up for the wrong account. For example, if you click the icon to sign up for the Wholesale Account, but really wanted the Retail Saver's Club, this could be a problem.
"A confirmation email has been sent to you! Once you receive it, click on the confirmation link inside to activate your membership in the SUPER SAVER Club."
From there, the process is identical to the wholesale sign up, only you get your Retail Savers Discount Code instead of a password.
